I love to travel and explore new places in this great big world of ours. One of life's great pleasures is eating new foods, and especially when you can try them in new places. Ever had a whoopie pie? Not, that's not anything dirty, just a great dessert local to Maine, where I'm from (tasty!).

I love my friends, and wouldn't trade them for anything. I see most of them at least once a week, and we often spend entire evenings together eating, laughing, and just enjoying the company.

My sense of humor tends to be sarcastic, sometimes even silly. I guess I would say that I am more the nice guy than the "player" type. I prefer to be honest and up front in my dealings, and I don't go around gathering up numbers and all that stuff. I tend to focus on one person at a time, as I don't have a lot of time in my life to juggle more than one person, so if I am talking to you, then I am talking to you and no one else.

My ideal woman is someone adventurous, fun-loving, and is laid back and can roll with the flow. Must be able to laugh at one's self, and take a good-natured joke as well as give it.

Some of my favorite things: Concerts, Roller Coasters, Riding my bike, Hiking, Seinfeld, Big Bang Theory, The Office, How I Met Your Mother, 30 Rock, Bones, House, Superbad, The Hangover, Pulp Fiction, Swingers, U2, A Fine Frenzy, Green Day, Arcade Fire, The Decemberists, Silversun Pickups, Snow Patrol, and much much more.

First dates are such a cliche. Can we just move on to date number 2? Oh, yeah I guess that won't really work huh? Well, it would have to be someplace where we can talk, and get to know each other. How about date 1 is coffee, and maybe something like putt putt golf or a walk?
