Hello,

I been single for about 5 months now. I never been married nor do I have kids of my own. I am very close to my family and play an important part of my life. I just bought my own house about a year ago and just finally got the upper hand on things. I drink once in a great while...not enough to say socially and never did drugs! You can check my arms...they are clean! lol

I am very content with myself and not into putting any fake personas. You will not get any surprises...just someone honest, responsible, caring and accepting.

I was told about this site by a friend so figured why not. I currently work for kaiser peramente. I been working at call centers since I first graduated college. I am planning on going back to school some day and get an advance degree.

Well I like to exercise and just got into running. I also lift free weights. I consider myself in shape with room for improvement. I like to read and just bought a Barnes and Nobels membership.

They type of music I like is R&B and Spanish rock. I don't know how to Salsa...I know you girls like that stuff but sorry...I never learned...probably would look like one of the village people at first. I am willing to learn the right way though!

I am in no rush to go out on a date from the get go and willing to take my time. I am not the type to be bugging for a phone number and making a pest of myself.

Lastly, I just want someone who is also content who they are and no one that is trying to regress back to an earlier age doing stuff today that was appropriate for them 7 to 10 years ago (top reason...clubbing) I been with a lot of girls like that and um...it's kind of sad and a turn off for me...not looking for someone to party with anymore. However, I don't mind a drink or two within moderation...I am not uptight now. Oh yeah and if you are separated but still living in the same roof with your soon to be ex I will not respond back. I have a good head on my shoulders and I kind of want to keep in the same spot it is accustomed to. Oh and on that note, also don't respond if you strongly believe in horoscropes and live your life by them and let it dicate who you will be with. I just think life is too complex and precious to be mapped out like that and they are too generalized. I just read them for entertainment purposes only.

Well after speaking on the phone a few times to pass the crazy test I like to maybe have dinner. If she says she is on a diet or something to that extent, I like to do something with interaction like bowling where a persons personality comes out. If they don't want to hurt their nails and a high heel type of girl, then maybe a museum, sporting event or comedy show. Yep...that is how I roll...lol. Addendum: Please don't respond if you are looking into one night stands or a no strings attached encounter/relationship...it seems you forgot to choose that option when creating your profile.
