Having retired as a military special operations pilot/military intelligence officer, I was a charter boat owner/captain in FL, 'til I sold out last year. I'm still a USCG rated Captain, and enjoy boating. I'm a NASCAR, NFL "nut". I spend my time with my Nikons, taking wildlife pics, and pics of old houses/barns/structures. I am somewhat of a history "buff" and love visiting Civil War Battle sites. I'm an outdoorsy type guy, and my "yeller" lab, Moe and I often just take off to explore uncharted "waters". Recently, we completed a 9 week, 11,270 "venture". A former Arthur Murray dance instructor, I've pretty much narrowed my choice to C/W, and love the waltz and 2-step, cuddling with someone I really feel for. I'm an officer and gentleman, and always treat a lady like a lady. I'm a true Southern Gentleman, looking for that special friend, AND WELCOME THE THOUGHT OF "IT" TURNING INTO MORE.

"SPONTANEITY" has to be the "FRUIT" of life, and I may call one day; "Hey, Babe, pack an "overnighter" and let's go , , , , , , " (Ya never know!)

To a fault, I've been innately dedicated to the quest of learning everything about everything, as "Quixotic" as it may sound. But, also a nurturer, I always try/desire to "pass it on". (Isn't that what g'kids are for?). I have 3 g'sons. When they gather, the testosterone flows. (wish I had a g'daughter, or two!) But, having only one daughter, I think girls are more difficult to "raise".

A group of my old pilot buddies from VN are "coming and going" for the "mini-reunion" we seem to have started. (It's been fun, and it's been "reflective" as you can imagine.)
