.............I was born and raised in Salinas. I have 2 wonderful girls that are 18 and 11.

I am not materialistic and am not interested in people that are.......I am happy with the simple things in life............life is about love, hapiness, family and friendship and it should be experienced with a positive attitude.............life is what you make it.

I am most passionate about love and happiness. I like to focus on the positive side of every situation rather than letting the negative get me down. Some things just aren't worth worrying and stressing over; you just have to let go of the bad stuff and make room for the good stuff. You only go around once in this life so why not make it a happy one.

My match would need to be positive, independent, sincere, loyal, kind, honest, loving, have a great sense of humor, emotionally giving, have time for a committed relationship, and is able to try and communicate. (So far these qualities seem to be unheard of in a man??? Come on guys, I know there's got to be one of you left out there that has those qualities...............

I am not into playing games. I am genuine and expect the same in return. I am not getting any younger and want to make the most of the rest of my life with a partner that feels the same.

I love hanging out at the beach, hiking, reading, and listening to music; I like heavy metal and country.

my job:
I work for the government as a Secretary. I am currently going to college to receive my bachelors degree in science.

favorite things:
I am a meat and potatoes girl. I hate to shop, except for grocery shopping and some flea markets. I love to watch comedy and horror. I wear boots / jeans or denim skirt / flip flops; I hate dressing up, but I will if I have to. I HATE sports, most of them anyway.
