When reviewing on-line profiles men spend and average of 30-60 seconds reading profiles, while women only give it 20-40 seconds. Mabye men read slower? It is amazing how quickly we can dismiss and possibly pass over the love our lives from a quick look at a picture and a skim of a profile. Is our technology superpassing our humanity?

In a few brief paragraphs I have to stand out from the others and not sound like the used car salesperson. In person with some eye contact, that can say so much more. You see what the picture doesn’t catch, and the sales pitch left behind.

I want to find that one willing to take the chance to chat and then if it is good, meet in person so we can see if there is chemistry. Perfection isn’t a requirement, because there is no perfect person…. It is just a matter of being right for each other.

I hope that things develop into having: a best friend, a goofball, a lover, a partner, mutual respect, trust, honesty, good conversation about anything, a safe risk taker (parachute or bungees not required), common and individual interests and goals, a spontaneous planner, emotionally and financially stable (slightly cracked and able to pay your bills is good too), like nice things but not materialistic, a contradiction. Someone willing to try new things and enjoy the journey as much or more than the destination.

I am a country boy at heart, cultured around the world. I am a chameleon that can fit in to most situations. I was brought up blue collar and work in a white collar world, making me a grey collar person (not a reflection on my ability to do laundry), Comfortable in jeans or wearing a tie. (prefer jeans) Fall is my favorite season. For fun, I enjoy cooking for people I care about (but would love to cook with that someone special), playing cards and games, enjoy the outdoors, staying active, relaxing and more..

I’m serious, fun, relaxed, sincere, honest, loveable, professional, a lover not a fighter, a great kisser and like to cuddle and give massages, wicked sma*t, have common sense, sometimes sarcastic, not always politically correct, emotionally stable and can take care of myself (including dishes, laundry, and ironing, still working on windows). I believe in taking your time to get it right, the journey is important, the little things matter the most, and believe romance and chivalry live on.
