Hobbies...
I love traveling, whether it's a road trip, cruise, or flying to a romantic destination! My passport is updated. I have many recreational pleasures, such as music, UT football, Spurs Basketball, Cowboys Football, horseback riding, boating, flipping houses, going out to dinner and I also enjoy the laughter of friends around the BBQ pit, hanging out with my grown son (hey girls, he's a catch just went thru a divorce and is available) being on the beach, any beach, deep sea fishing although it’s been years since I've done that and discovering new places. I am a Christian and I attend a non-denominational church. I am conservative politically. My relationship to God is the most important and most influential thing in my life. I trust Him and have a lot of faith which has sustained me thru some very difficult times. I love Cajun foods, Mexican, Indian anything spicy and sea food and of course, caramel macchiatos! I am a cat lover but dogs are OK, too. Lost two of my fav cats to Coyotes, I live in the hills of Austin. I really enjoy heart-to-heart intelligent conversation, holding hands & showing my affection to the one I am committed to.

Goals & aspirations...
I am a very hard worker, have been a millionaire 3 times and with the economy like it is have found myself going for a forth. I have been in real estate over 30 years, am a Broker, Investor and Developer. I am currently working in Austin and San Antonio on 5 class A apartment sites which we plan to build 250 + units per site and one mixed use (hotel, retail and apartments) site in Boerne.

What makes me unique...?
I am a giver (to a fault sometimes) with a big heart. I am a great leader, have been since grade school. High school, college and the Army during the Viet Nam era (Combat Medic and drill sergeant). I am very fun and energetic and funny. I can keep you and all your friends laughing and my son is even funnier and extremely sharp and fast. He should be a comic writer. I love being close, holding hands, showing affection in public but not to the point that it might embarrass you.

My taste in music...
I was born in Lubbock. I had an older sister who passed away at a very early age. She was very good friends with Buddy Holly, Waylon Jennings and she was engaged to Mac Davis. Mac lived with us one summer after we moved to Dallas. During that summer he taught me to play the guitar, so, music is in my blood. I have many friends throughout Texas, California, Las Vegas, Hawaii and Nashville, who are musicians and I love to promote them by getting them gigs through the areas. Blues is my all time favorite but 2nd is rock and roll then country, then classical, then jazz.

We finally meet, and we know this is the "one". We talk small talk for a while then spontaneously get on a plane. After a romantic dinner, a walk on the beach in the Florida Keys with a bottle of very fine wine, we lay on a blanket, just listening to the wave’s splash upon the shore. We’re waiting for tomorrow when we depart on our cruise ship. I turn to you, gaze into your eyes. Our souls connect. I gently brush your hair with my fingers and caress you beautiful face, then whisper in your ear, “I just looked up into the stars and matched each one with a reason why I love you. I was doing great until I ran out of stars” Then, as we passionately kiss and embrace each other, all the stars start shooting at once and we know we have finally found our long awaited match.
