I have to be very honest, and I have only one clasification and that is Geek-hard-core, but very fun geek hard core! Most of the day i think of LaF3 crystal oscillation devices or light spectrums I am a member of SPIE so that should say it all. I like all computers, Star Trek, Star Wars, RPG, Engineering Abstracts or chess/board/card games, but I hate mind games (vulcan mind meld is not a game), if that's what you're into, I suspect we won't get along. My degrees are all in science and I have worked at many Government and funded Labs for development of new systems so I have a tendancy to talk about hi-tech things, but really enjoy talking about everything.

I am a very warm, sensitive, passionate and extremely loyal person that is free of drama and games I like and are looking for a LTR.

My three year old grand daughter lives with me and I am her sole baby sitter (sometimes). So sometimes I cant go out or I have to just hang out with her. I also raised both of my daughters who are 23 and 21, and they are doing great.

I like music I have played the bass for many different heavy metal bands even country western band but I prefer heavy metal I actually played professionally before becoming a analyst. I have other interests in the area of literature, history (Greek Roman Stuff) visual arts, biology and chemistry, but my primary focus is eloctro-optic engineering or re-newable energy. I dont like politics and become sick if I have to talk about it but I promise i will listen as much as I can stand but I just find it so frustrating and like the tax code it doesent make much sense to me, so mabey I need some one to explain it all to me?

I like Bicycling, walking, hiking, camping, cooking and eating, drinking good beer, sometimes any beer, watching movies, going to any music venue, i love talking alot. I like to write music, take photos, and read. And I have a Great job.

I am new here so I don't really fit into any Oregon culture, but I'm more comfortable with the working-class-yet-college-educated people and the likes, punk rockers, hippies, Science, gothic, wiccan, gnostic's and people who play heavy metal music and stay up late either working in a lab or playing music all night is cool to me.

Depends, on the person mostley just talk to see where we are at but chinese is always good
