Ok, so I love the mountains, they're a passion of mine and probably will be forever. Snowboarding is another love of mine, though I must sadly admit I haven't been on the slopes in about 4 years due to being busy and just overall lame during the season. But like they say..."you get what you get and you don't throw a fit!"

I'm pretty random. If you're looking for someone to keep you on your toes, well then I'm a great candidate, for two reasons: I'm pretty tall, have yet to meet a girl who didn't have to stand on her toes to kiss me (yes, even in heels); plus I'm known to be infectious with laughter and general tomfoolery so things are always interesting...sometimes I'm even surprised!

I'm one of those guys you've heard about, but have never met. Definitely more of an Albert Brenneman than Alex Hitchins. I'm the guy that you've probably complained to your friends that there doesn't exist in the world...and yet you probably never took the time to really find. I know that's big talk for the internet dating world, but if you take the time to know more, you'll understand what I mean.

FYI: Chivalry is not dead! In fact, I teach a class on it at the learning annex every week, called "Polish Off that Armor, and Hold Open the Damn Door!"

I'm mostly fluent in French, I can speak enough Spanish to carry a conversation, and understand most of one. I can do voices and accents of all sorts; I know all the best jokes; I know all kinds of crazy trivial factoids and innocuous movie quotes; remember names and faces like a digital camera, and I promise that no matter what game we are playing...you'll want me on your team.

I'm not one of those people that's defined by their occupation; jobs come and go but I believe that who you are is a sum of your choices and actions. I believe in people, and I will believe what you say; it's a bit of a strange paradigm but I trust from the start, I'm always honest and so I assume that everyone else is too; unless they prove me wrong.

What/Who I'm Looking For: A girl that can handle herself in any kind of situation. Be it Art show, family gathering, staring contest, unintentional loss of pants and/or wardrobe malfunction...Basically a girl with some McGyver to her...lol. Physically; well I'm not super picky, I find if a girl is confident in her own appearance and appeal it makes her more attractive to me. Confidence goes a long way in my book. But I suppose I would prefer someone who takes care of themselves mentally and physically enough to be happy with how they look, I don't really want to hear you talk about how fat you think you are...kind of a turn off.

Because of the circles I tend to run in on occasion, I need a girl with some class to her, that can handle herself among some VIP types. Because I do business sometimes at the drop of a hat, it would be nice to have a girl that can roll with the changes and meet me halfway on that. I'm not saying she needs to have the Little Black Dress on hand at all times, but it would be nice to know she can clean up good and isn't intimidated by people with power and/or money...

I'm looking to start out slow, mostly because as much as I have a "Need for Speed" in my life; I've learned that a relationship is something that can't be pushed too fast, hit the road too fast and you're gonna get road rash. I'm looking for that long term settling down deal at some point...Sick of the 90 day "rental" relationship...

I don't believe in holding back, if you have to censor yourself around someone, then you're obviously not comfortable around them...now that's not to say I curse like a sailor and say rude things; but I also won't waste my time being nice just to prevent an awkward moment that in truth isn't going to kill anyone. I expect the same from my significant other. =) If I'm being dumb...call me out on it, if I happen to have food in my teeth; a heads up is nice!

I have many goals and aspirations, all of which I would be down to share once we get to know each other. I intend to see and learn all that this world has to offer before I have to use a walker... But I already know where I'm going in life and how I'm going to get there; all I need is to find someone else looking for a life of adventure and just plain awesomeness.

I've made the mistake before of revealing too much in a profile, so even though this looks like a short novel, I promise there's much more to learn about me if you're interested in investing the time. One thing I can guarantee is you won't be disappointed.

First dates are tricky...cuz' it's like a first impression that you have to pay for. I don't really need anymore caffeine in my system just cuz' I'm usually wired naturally, so I would sorta steer clear of coffee...I'm a big fan of wine and good food; so I guess Casa Bonita is out of the question; that's more of a 3rd date anyways! As you can see...I'm chock full of ideas, we'll just have to find one that suits you!

I love being a kid, so somewhere where I can blend in enough that it's not obvious I'm just as excited about the tigers as that 6 year old next to me...we're golden. Hence, Zoo and Aquarium are favorites of mine...don't worry I don't require constant supervision...
