So this is the profile space where men are suppose to try really hard to somehow woo women.

Here are some random facts. I have ...

-Seen the puppet strings and quite familiar with the ol' dog and pony show on this online escapade.

-Experienced true love and utter heart break.

-Paid mortgages, changed diapers, and buried my dog.

-Owned a business, failed in business, and worked a nine to five.

-Been a champion in sports ... experiencing the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat.

-Played in a jazz band, joined an accapella, and sang in a barbershop quartet.

-Experienced living outside the US bubble: France, Germany, and Puerto Rico

-Learned from so many: gurus, professors, ministers, mentors, bosses, colleagues, hard knocks, School House Rocky, children, my dogs, my daughters, marriage, and divorce.

-Learned silence from the talkative, tolerance from the intolerant, and kindness from the unkind; yet strange, I am ungrateful to these teachers.

I will ...

-Hardly take myself serious

-Always be a dreamer, seeker, and renaissance man

-Always look for the humor in life

-Not tolerate toxic relationships

-Always seek to improve myself ... like Microsoft, only without the rebooting.

-Always believe that good eventually triumphs in this universe

-Walk to hell and back for my three daughters. Yes, that's three. Run away! Run away!

-Find my one and only ... eventually.

Who or what am I seeking? That's easy: peas and carrots, hand in glove, yin and yang, Bonnie and Clyde, Joanie and Chachi, Peter and Lois, ... you get my drift.

To be honest, I'm in a new phase in my life brought on by the unexpected. It's almost as if the universe pressed the proverbial reset button and said: YOU GET TO START OVER. So, I sold what was left of my business in Austin and moved here this summer to be closer to my daughters.

I've since started an new venture. It would be wonderful to share the victories, defeats, and all that come along this journey with someone special.
