It's weird because I haven't had alot of hobbies for awhile. Now I find that I have alot of time on my hands and so I'm going to try alot of diffent things to see what seems cool or what is not for me. I'm in the military and though that is a huge part of my life it does not define me. I also like to write. I'm a fierce and loyal friend. If I consider someone my friend I will d*mn near kill myself to help them. I like a long range of music from reggae to metal and some country. I'm divorced and have two children that live at my home in the summer. I'm addicted to reading, sometimes I'll spend an entire weekend reading a book, and I always read right before I go to sleep. I also like to write, haven't gotten anything published yet but I'm still working on it. I'm here to meet friends and hang out, not a one night stand type of guy so don't look for that here. I want to meet new friends if that turns into something else then cool, if not, then friends it is. Have any questions just drop by and ask.

For a first date.... I think it should be more simple than that. A date has a lot attached to it right out of the gate. Lets keep it simple, maybe lunch or coffee, hell whatever. Something relaxing so you can be yourself and I can be myself. But the date itself.. I would want to go out and have some fun. And that doesn't have to mean drinking, although I could go to a bar if you wanted. It could mean anything. We could do the old standyby of dinner and a movie but everyone does that. What about go-karts, mini golf, a play, I don't know something original. Lets do something that makes you giggle like a kid.
