well about me I'm a fun loving down to. Most people would describe me as a positive high energy type of person. I enjoy the outdoors a and all it has to offer. Some of my hobbies include running, mountain biking, rock climbing. I Also have started to run adventure races. Most of my time is spent in the great outdoors. Walls are bad( unless it is a climbing wall). I enjoy all types of music, from rock, to hip hop, alternative to country. My favorite is when you can go to see a musician or band in an acoustical setting.

I am a confident person and know who I am. I like to laugh and make other people laugh too. Life is what you make of it and I believe it is to short not to enjoy every minute of it and live life to the fullest.

I am also a single father of two wonderful children. I enjoy watching them grow and learn as they go.

A first date could a number of different activities as long as there was some good conversation time. From coffee shop to walking and talking to a pub with micro brews.
