Hi. How do you sum up who you are in few sentences? Well, let's see...I'm a working professional who wears a suit and tie to work, but prefers jeans and a T-shirt. I'm not too complicated. Generally what you see is what you get, and I usually find more satisfaction in the simpler things in life -- whether that's in the things that I do or the meaningful relationships I've been fortunate enough to have with others.

Like a lot of guys, I love sports – I’m a big Cleveland and OSU fan – am pretty athletic and I try to stay in shape. I’ve got a huge soft spot for dogs, I love guitar (but play badly) and can cook a little when the mood strikes me. People have told me I’m honest and dependable. Women friends have said that I'm warm and affectionate, fun to be with, have a great sense of humor, am a good listener and can share my feelings.

I enjoy a lot of different things, but it's not what you're doing that matters -- it's who you're doing them with. Like everyone else, I'd love to find that special person I "click" with to share life's experiences....both good and bad. Someone that makes my heart skip a beat when I see her. Someone I can't wait to come home to at night. Remember how it was when you were first going out with someone and they'd call you? How you couldn't wait to answer the phone? That's the girl I'm looking for.....

I've always been attracted to women who are in shape and think it's important to take care of themselves. Physical attraction and that initial spark are important to me. But ultimately there has to be a lot more than that going on. A lot of women post great pictures on these sites, and they have no trouble telling you what they want. I’m looking for the person that can spend time telling me who she is. Physical attraction's important, but I think relationships last when people are able to connect in that deep and special way that makes ever day together a new and meaningful experience.

Can I provide an exciting life filled with fine dining, gifts and world travel? Nope...divorce and two kids in college took care of that. :) But I can promise that special person honesty, loyalty, devotion, a lot of affection, a sympathetic ear, a shoulder to cry on, occasional frustration and a lot of fun. And no matter what happens, she’ll always know I have her back.

I guess the going rate for those things would be a girl who's unafraid to show you that you matter, and someone who's honest and loyal. Someone who's confident and independent when she needs to be, but also likes the feeling of leaning on her guy occasionally and making decisions together.

Intelligence (a big turn-on, I have to admit) and a great sense of humor are a must. Bonus points for sarcasm.....double bonus if you can laugh at a dirty joke, watch a scary movie, poke fun at yourself as well as others, and enjoy a good conversation over a cold beer.

And if you can actually tell an off-color joke and not care if the dog gets up on the furniture – well, then you definitely need to write. :)
