This is the fun part,

No mold used when making me, I had to fashion myself all a mono! I live a pretty simple life. If you're seeking one with a good work ethic, please look elsewhere as I have worked enough for several people! If, however you are interested in a guy with a wonderfully developed play ethic, I'm at the head of the class! I'll describe me and you determine if you can fit in. How's that? I can be best described as totally unconventionable.
OK, I sail internationally. I'm pretty laid back, unconventional, and easy going. I'm pretty stable, (good sea legs) I have no problem working from a pitching deck and make sail changes in a timely manner. It's kind of fun, while making a sail change to be standing knee deep in green water one moment and the next be 20 ft. in the air! KEWL!
Looking for a sailing partner, someone to sail with me not under me, a first mate, someone who has a equal say in what, when and where we go and do, etc. Someone to go see all the exotic places in the world (by way of water). This would be really great if this were a love interest. ( the sailing partner as a one whom I'm totally in love with is the dream part, the rest is reality). Although, I'm not opposed to selling my boat and buying a little place in central Florida and settling down and raising a lot of flowers and vegies. Just am not interested in cold wheather.
I like to laugh and frequently do. When I go out with friends, the hostess always seats us at her roudiest table. Haven't figgured out how she knows to do that! I don't know every joke in the world-yet! I'm also considered a handful,( x had rather small hands tho), gentled but not really what one would call tamed. I have grown up but refuse to grow old especially in my thinking. I see the world with the same eyes I viewed it with when I was 16.
As far as I can recall, the only times I felt frightened at sea is at night, I will shine a very bright lite overboard to attract squid for calamary. Then I think of the stories of the giant squid that are reported to be over 30 feet long! Then I will turn the light off hopeing that I didn't attract "THE BIG ONE"! I carry crab traps with me and dive on the reefs for lobster and conch. I have sailed the gulf, east coast, Carribbean, Atlantic and Mediterrean, sometimes singlehanded and sometimes taking crew. I also enjoy concerts both symphonic and old r&r. My former gf's call me the 'orgasmic chef'. I enjoy cooking and have written and published 3 cookbooks so far. I can cook a prefect rice every time, (I know the secret)! My glass is't 1/2 full but sloshing over and amazingly it tastes of sea water! Would like someone to enjoy the sloshing with me! I'm a true free spirit and probably a gypsy. I don't look for excuses to keep me from doing fun things. If it ain't fun, I was absent that day! I eat pretty well, travel real well, pretty much at home anywhere. When one's home is a cruising sailboat, then one could say that I'm a real stay-at-home. I do enjoy a beer or two, seldom more tho. I prefer microbrewed if I can find a good one.

. But then really good microbrewed beer is a little hard to find. At sea, one drink per day! That's a rule!
I play golf every chance I get usually about 4 times a week and occasionally break 80. (I'm a 10 handicap) I like who I am and the life style I have chosen. It's easy to make new friends and I do all the time as I arrive in foreign ports. Guess one has to in my case. I just might be one of the last of the true romantics. How romantic could it be, sailing the world? When the end comes for me, I want all who view my body, if it can be found, to have no doubt that I had lived all the life there was out of that one! I want it to be dishevelled, broken, beat up, wore out, bare foot, naked, out of breath, and grinning from ear to ear!
So if it's a passionate guy you're seeking, passionate about living, adventure and love, this is opportunity knocking!

Or is it the sound of sails floging?
Just play it by ear for now. Hey, if you play golf, I'm a 10 handicap!
On my way south at the present. taking it slower than last year as I didn't enjoy sailing while freezing last year. Am in the Indian river now and am considering The bahamas for the winter.
