I wanted to trade in all the traffic,strip malls, and cubicle existence here at home for a chance to learn a new language, make new friends in a whole other culture, and try out their cuisine while trying to help out as a volunteer in any way I could. So,I joined the Peace Corps in 06 and finished up in Dec 09. I wrote grants for my small town, taught English, and my favorite of all- coaching high school debate. I love the people and those were a couple of the best years of my life.

After 3 months of travel, I returned to the Balkans to do a bike tour with a friend. I love the whole concept of cycle-touring and camping along your route. It'd be ideal if I could share such an experience with that special someone but it's not a must.

I love travel but I wouldn't say I live to travel. I'm a member of couchsurfing and love the whole concept of showing travelers around your town and old fashioned hospitality.

Now, that I'm back, I decided to get a motorcycle after getting my motorcycle license through a weekend crash course. It's definitely dangerous but so much fun!

Music- Most of my favorite music is modern rock/alternative, i.e, Depeche Mode, The Cure, Radiohead, The Verve, Live....

I'd throw rose petals of assorted colors before your feet and in the presence of a flutist. This would be after the chauffeur tends to us by making our exit from our limo possible. Ok, no really, coffee or dinner for a first date would be just fine. Don't you think?
