I'm Jay, a father of 2, an 11 year old boy and a 13 year old girl. They live with me full time, and I love having them. I'm recently divorced, and am just getting back into the dating scene. I've been through my "play" stage, so I'm not looking for a fling.

I like LOTS of things, from mild to very extreme, and love to try new things. If you're not into laughing a lot then don't bother here. Yeah, I'm more fun than a barrel of monkeys.

I love to cook, I mean LOVE to cook. I'm not to shabby either. I'm a huge fan of food, and eating it (what good is it if you can't eat it), but please don't chew with your mouth open (my biggest pet peeve).

I enjoy traveling, although it seems I only get to travel for work lately. I'm doing my best to retain my youth, while still staying a good example to my kids. How can I expect them to be good people if they see me acting like a moron?

I'd prefer someone who can:
- kick back with a beer or enjoy a really nice glass of wine (my dad is an amateur oenologist, and has a rather extensive collection... I grew up with it, I love it).
- Jeans and a T-shirt or dressed to the nines.
- I'm covered in tattoos, so you MUST be okay with that. Having tattoos yourself may be a plus... as long as they look good.
- You MUST be okay with me having kids. My kids are my life. My ex was rather abusive toward them, and they really need me (their mother passed a while ago, so I'm all they have... this means no custody issues, and the ex is out of the picture forever)
- My mistress is car audio. I work in the industry, and have a severe passion for it. If I need to spend a few hours working on my car, then I do it. I involve the kids with it sometimes, since it would otherwise take time away from them.

Dates are hard. I have to talk to someone for a little bit first to find out what they're in to. i don't think there is a standard first date. Sometimes they are off the shelf dinner and a movie type dates. Other times they include something really off the wall... like jumping out of an airplane. It just depends.
