Raised in Britain, I've spent most of my career travelling. So I've not really had that much time for hobbies, unless reading lots and lots of novels on planes qualifies as one.
I trained in martial arts once and still have the scars so now I enjoy working in a garden or renovation, this way I get a workout and feel I've accomplished something at the end of it, plus I don't get hit on the nose that way!
Relaxing.I love to read,CharlesDickens, Hemingway, F Scott, even Shakespeare if the mood takes me, and I used to read JK Rowling to my kids, but they are over 18 now so I can't get away with that anymore !
My music choices are all over the place : I was raised on Soul and R&B, The Faces, The Who, Clash, Talk Talk, Bobby Womack, Marvin, and The Beatles, Zeppelin, Eagles, Sinatra, and Cat Stevens never get old, neither does any Puccini opera, epecially at the Met or La Scala.
Stay in and watch TV ? Old movies; Hitchcock, Kubrick, Ford, Capra.
New stuff: Mad Men and Rome, brilliant ! PBS Masterpiece theatre has great stuff too, if you've not seen Little Dorrit, then you just must ! The Antiques Roadshow is almost addictive and I'm sure I've trashed some of those treasures in the past, oh well easy come easy go.

Goals and aspirations ?
To travel again and often, this time just for pleasure, and to enjoy life to the full with wonderful company.

I'm loyal to my friends and family, honest, and those who know me say I'm funny ( in a nice way .I get on well in the company of men but love the company of women.
I enjoy hearing them laugh, and I love to dance so I'll always be the first on the floor with you.

Maybe a coffee or drink somewhere in a nice venue.That's a good way to relax and get to know each other,I'll do whatever makes the Lady comfortable, and if we click; great, then we would just take it from there!
