Planning to move to Halifax (immigration canada permiting) by year end. It would be great to get a social circle of friends prior to arrival. A social network will really help me to integrate into the community and establish a sense of belonging. Wanting a new adventure in this the 'afternoon' of my life. Open to possibilities and new opportunities.

Something light. As I really enjoy good coffee I think for starters a first meeting over a latte might be my preferred first date and for each of us to get a sense of the other. I like spontaneity and I would anticipate that if we were getting along that I might suggest a walk, bite to eat and of course a follow-up date!
