Hello, and thank you for stopping by...lol I am a foodie who loves every aspect of food, from history to science, to developing new recipes. I am from Italy, and enjoy having intelligent and stimulating conversations. I have recently gone back to college to pursue a master's in gastronomy, and I hope to be a university professor, one day.

I am a woman of action. I don't believe in words because they are deceiving. I have heard all kinds of foolish words and broken promises spoken by men. I just don't believe the hype. You want to win my heart? Act. Don't email me every day, tell me how pretty I am, then never make the time to meet. That is a waste of my time, which is pretty precious to me. I am not into overweight men. No matter how big your bycepts are, if you have a gut or more than one chin, I am not interested. I take good care of my body, so should my mate.

I love music and dancing, and always enjoy live music. I also love to hike immersed in nature. I totally love the beach and all that it entails. I am kinda of a spur of the moment person, who will jump in the car for a road trip in a heartbeat.

I have lived a very full life with both wonderful and dreadful experiences, and that has made me a very unique and compassionate woman. I am very generous, but cynical at the same time, due to my life experiences. I guess I am just a complex individual. I have been told over and over again that it is hard to forget me. You'll have to find out why!

I was raised in a big city, and this country/cowboy lifestyle has not grown on me, yet. Therefore, don't be offended if you like country music, attire, and other stuff that falls under this category, and I do not. At the same time, I do not like heavy metal, neither. The exent of my hard rock appreciation is "Tool" and "AC/DC." Classical music puts me to sleep. Latino music makes my blood boil, though...salsa, merengue, and bachata, bring it on! I especially love to cook while listening to music.

A pet peeve of mine is the correct spelling of the word woman. I have read so many profiles with men looking for a "women." Folks, women is plural for woman! I guess it is the teacher in me...or it could be that I am an educated woman who appreciates an educated man.
