I am trying this out to see what's out there (at the suggestion of a friend). I enjoy going out with friends, swimming, camping, the occasional bar or club, and I have a car that I race at the local race tracks. I'm also a bigtime Bengals and Reds fan.

My current goal and top priority is to graduate with an associates degree in Computer Network Engineering in 2010, and at that point I will decide if I want to keep going for a Bachelor's degree, or if the job market is decent enough to get into. I also have a job that helps keep the bills paid while I go to school. I am just finishing up the first quarter of my second year.

As stated above, I've got a race car. I spend a lot of time out in the garage working on it (building it/fixing it/cussing at it...lol). I race at Kil-kare Speedway (the circle track, not the drag strip) and occasionally at Shadybowl Speedway. If you're one of the 3 women in this world that is actually into racing or cars, then I'll go into more detail with you if you want..lol. (Note: Despite the fact that I do race, I do not watch NASCAR...lol)

I consider myself to be a pretty funny guy. I definitely have a dorky/nerdy side to me. I enjoy goofy humor (I love Will Farrell, if that helps) and I enjoy comedy clubs and the occasional well timed prank on a friend...hehehe. I can have fun at anything I do! At night you'll find me watching Adult Swim cartoons while I do my homework. I love the Squidbillies and Aqua Teen Hunger Force. I love the show "The Office"....Dwight rocks! As for movies, I prefer the funny stuff, but I have been roped into chick flicks on occasion without too much of a struggle. :)

As for music, I can dig anything but country music. It's not a deal breaker if you like country....I just don't listen to it personally. My main preference is Alternative/Metal/Classic Rock/Punk/the occasional rap song and even some oldies from the 50's and 60's. I like so much stuff it's really hard to narrow it down. My top 5 list would probably be The Beatles, Weezer, anything with Chris Cornell, Led Zeppelin and Nirvana. There are SOOO many other bands and artists that I enjoy as well. I go through music phases all the time. Sometimes I am in a classic rock mood, sometimes I want some metal, sometimes I even get into a MoTown mood (I do love the funk!..lol), and there are many other music phases in between. I was a DJ for 11 years, so I'm kinda burnt out on most of the popular stuff that you hear on the radio, but it's getting easier to listen to the radio now that I'm not DJing anymore.

If you have children, that's not a problem for me at all. I actually like kids!

A first date always depends on what the other person is into and what would likely be the least awkward way to get to know each other...lol.
