i like to mountain hike and bike, paddle canoe, blue water sailing.
I prefer rural living, live music , large expanses of greenery, open ocean, mountain tops. I like to travel to anywhere i have never been.
Sometimes I google earth , find someplace remote ,, a small island or some interesting geography and think about finding that place.....
I have visited, Machu Pichu, Lake titicaca, atacama desert, antarctic peninsula , South Georgia, Falkland Islands, Shetland Islands, Tahitian Islands, Galopagos Islands, Azores Islands , Bermuda, England, Spain, France,...... more....
Now I still like to travel but want to have a home, I have always lived simply , much of my travel has been by sailboat. Some on small ships, airplane, train and on foot. I have hiked and back-packed much and there is still much to explore,,
Now i want to explore a relationship with a woman , a lasting one, with someone who prefers quiet, simplicity , who would like to sail, not afraid of being alone sometimes away from all that is familiar,
Who would , could live simply, but well, and does not need to visit the malls to be happy. I believe less is more, small is beautiful, be kind to the earth , be kind ..... love animals , love plants... love clean air and water, love quiet .
The planet we live on is in trouble ... i have traveled enough to confirm this. I am not sure what to do except to live as simply as we can ,,, I love technology though , that is not the problem .. it is wasteful , unconcious use of energy and materials.
If you understand this , are physically able to climb a small mountain, adventourous of spirit,
My next adventure might be to visit a sanctuary in Alaska and witness a fall or spring bird migration , bear, wolvesa and caribu ...
if something like that interests you ... let's go for a hike here in hawaii ...

first date... a hike ... lunch on a moundtain ... a paddle on the ocean.. a day sail off the north shore.... or whatever...
