Hi! I was born and raised in Greenville, NC and have also lived in New Bern, NC for a short time. I moved to Raleigh in 2000 for college and have been doing technical support in the financial sector for almost 7 years. Yes, I work "banker's hours". I love my job and would not trade for anything, except maybe my own private island in the Caribbean and $10MM! :D

Besides my job, I keep busy with friends and family or can settle for just a quiet evening at home catching up on DVR recordings or chatting with someone special. My friends say they like me because I am playful, lively, friendly and positive. They also tell me I am considerate and easy to talk to.

I visit my family often. Most everyone lives in NC...Greenville, New Bern, Wilmington, Greensboro. There's always something going on in one place or another.

I'm not too much into the club scene anymore, but I do end up going about once a month or so when we do a girl's night out. I much prefer going out to a bar/restaurant or just hanging at the house with friends.

I am looking for a guy that knows how to have a good time and cut up. He should enjoy a woman with a good sense of humor who is independent professionally and financially. He would definitely need to be intelligent and witty/sarcastic. He should know how to treat a woman and not mind if she is extra soft and cuddly.

I am really good at having fun and making new friends. I like to read, but don't always have time to read as much as I'd like. I also enjoy planning parties and designing stuff on the computer. I love to find new and useful applications for my BlackBerry Storm. I hate to admit it, but I am also very good at research especially using Google to find anything and everything whether its just something I want to know or info to solve a problem at work.

I typically read mystery, suspense, and thiller type books. My favorite movie genres are comedy, action, horror/suspense, and drama. I love anything with Adam Sandler, Bruce Willis or Will Smith. Pitt and Clooney aren't bad either...

Primetime TV choices include: Lost, House, Desperate Housewives, Fringe, Heroes, Chuck, Smallville, Bones and Lie to Me. I've had it with the reality TV scene they all seem pretty much the same.

I listen to all types of music, but mainly stick to Pop, Rock and Alternative. My iPod is a jumbled mess of different stuff.

I enjoy a good glass of wine and sushi is my favorite "splurge".
