| | Pretty cool and laid back; well rounded in ways that are defined by the richness of my experiences. I've been blessed with quality relationships and truly "get" that the most important things, for me working with DD adults and hospice is that loving well and being loved is base. I know staying connected daily to a higher source brings me bliss.
Don't get me wrong; I'm not all about the "church lady stuff". I believe there's a bigger source that is in control. I'm not in control. I can add to the quality of the life of others but not manipulate people. I can make a difference in the life of another; letting somebody in- just listening- in traffic; let them in even though you were cut off, holding my tounge, doing more than I want to. I'm not perfect - what a relief! It's a process, for me of "being" a person and also- becoming who I was deep inside before I bought into who I should be. I'd be the first to play with observations of people and life. Irreverant at times, bawdy but I know when and where. I love to laugh. We're all kids; for me it is about playing again.
Stimulating conversations about life and love and how it all ties in is fantastic! I need a daily dose of the outdoors be it for 20 minutes or several days. I thrive on new experiences alone or with someone. I'm comfortable with myself and the world I live in. That's not to say I "understand" it...that's a mystery still which is fine by me. There's always more to learn and unlearn as time goes by.
I am looking for a man who knows he's not running the show and there's a bigger picture to look at than what appears on the surface of life. AND a biggie is don't take yourself so seriously. |

First date.- I dislike the word "date" .ok, abhor the word. Expectation of outcome. I've taken walks, enjoyed coffee and good company, theatre, an Avs game, a Buffs game, a ride on a Harley, dinner, lunch, fished (but no gutting). Just don't call it a date; enjoy being in the moment and life is good. |
