How about a movie? A concert? A ballgame? SCUBA diving in Cozumel? Lobster in Puerto Nuevo? Poker at a friend's house?

These are just a few of my favorite things. What are yours? I'm looking for a lady that can roll with my whims and one that has some of her own for me to roll with. Life is too short to not have fun. I love joking around, traveling, trying new beers, wines and food, staying active with sports, people watching at the airport, and trying new things. AND YES, I love to laugh (I think everyone is under contract to say that in their profile!). I have a twisted and corny sense of humor so when I use it, please at least flash the "That was really bad" look my way. I am shy at first, but I warm up. Please be patient with me.

I've learned a lot from my experiences and about how I'd like my life to be. Probably the biggest shift is that I've come to realize there are no ordinary moments. Not that I sing Cumbya all day long, but just being in the moment (or trying) and quieting my mind a little has done wonders for me.

I'm looking for a woman that can be a girly girl but also doesn’t mind getting dirty (i.e. camping, gardening, touch football on the beach, etc.). A little bit of maintenance never hurt anybody. Athletic (not necessarily looks-wise) would be nice, since I’d love to share playing softball or a sport she might like to play together. She should have the desire to look good, not necessarily for her man, but for herself. A confident woman is extremely sexy.

Anyhow, I'm looking for a woman that I can relate to, accept, like, love and one who will do at least those things back. As long as when putting our personalities together, it isn't like "crossing the streams," we'll be just fine.

Oh, and a little about baggage. Isn't it a little polyanna-ish (I know, cool word, eh? Just made it up..) to expect someone to have NO baggage? I think maybe we should be asking that people have good baggage management SKILLS. Everyone has some baggage. It's how well we manage it that makes all the difference. But NO baggage, come on. But I digest...

One more thing: A huge goal in my life is to start a family with the woman of my dreams. I'm not desperate to start right away, though. In my scenario, the mom and pop have to be solid before the thought of bringing kids into the world comes up. Just understand that it's the direction I'd like to be going.
