I love to listen to live music, watch the ocean and birds from my windows at my apartment, read, cook, be outside walking, hiking, dancing or camping. The most important things in life to me are my daily spiritual practice (not religion but connection to spirit), and healing from the past which makes the present so much more enjoyable and conscious, spending time with friends, exercising and listening to music and reading. I am always learning but now mostly through joy rather than pain. I appreciate Echart Tolle, Oprah, my minister, Wayne Dyer, Van Morrison, Byron Katy, my therapist and others who have helped me move forward on my journey. I love mother earth, my dear friends, my 2 cats, the arts, most music and more and more, myself. My goals are to travel more, help people in any way I can, explore anything and everything, and express more of myself as each year passes. I am a happy person and my biggest goal is to stay that way and continue forward!
