My name's Jen and I'm a middle/high school teacher. I adore traveling, going to the beach, trying new restaurants, seeing a good movie that truly makes you think afterward, and of course, meeting new people. On Saturday nights, you'll most likely find me at a nice cafe or lounge. I love to laugh, and if you can make that happen, I'm yours! I feel that I'm unique in the sense that I'm more serious than the average 20-something, and my idea of a good time does not involve getting trashed at a club. I'm definitely a lady, other women accuse me of being too proper and girly.

Some of my interests include, but are not limited to: warm weather, languages and linguistics, quaint little shops near the water, geography, dessert, good music/lyrics, anything spicy, the village, pop culture, Renaissance art, adolescence, sarcasm, tetris (and pretty much anything on the original NES,) trivia, intellectual conversations, getting floor seats for concerts, spending countless hours at Target buying items that I really have no need for..

On a first date, I would like to go out to an intimate cafe or lounge and just get to know each other. A quiet restaurant is also a nice idea. I never understood why people choose to go to the movies upon first meeting.. there's absolutely no socialization taking place!
