I have just recently moved to poplar bluff from nasville tn. I am originally from peidmont mo. but moved away about 38 years ago. I was married for 14 years and dont have any kids and yes i did want them but it just wasnt to be. I worked for a chemical company for 17 years in tn. and all of a sudden the owners walk in and say well we have to look at cutting back and with my pay scale i was one of the first ones let go. I decided then that i was tired of all the fast paced life and moved here and i also have family here as well. Im hoping to find that someone special that would like to share a little bit slower paced life with me. I love to be outdoors doing just about anything, fishing, camping, swimming, cookouts ect. i have also done remodeling as a hobby type job for the last 25 years and i take pride in the fact that ive gotten really good at it so thats a really big goal of mine and that is to get my own bussines going doing the things i really injoy doing in life. UPDATE: I put long term on my profile and i do mean it but after the first date you really do not know a person well enough to consider yourself in a longterm relationship it takes time to really get to know someone and im sorry but im not going to jump into a realationship full steam ahead until i get to know you. sorry but i have made that mistake before and wont do it again. i hope this doesnt make me seem to be a bad person but i moved here to start my life over and well this time im going to do it right. i removed everybody i had on my favorites list and also the ones that had me on theirs sorry but im making one last go at this and im starting fresh. if i veiw your profile and add you to my favs. list then im interested in talking to you and if you would like to talk to me then by all means add me to yours and we can go from there but if not them simply remove yourself from my list.

well for a first date i think it should be something fun and well kinda crazy so that the tension of the first date can be lifted and this will make it easier to get to know the person you are with
