I am a single mom, in grad school, so don't have a great deal of free time. I have many friends and enjoy just hanging out and talking, socializing, debating about politics. I also like getting outside and hiking, the beach etc. though don't do it as much as I used to.

Above all else I like to travel and meet people from different backgrounds and cultures. I have lived in and traveled extensively in Europe and went to school in Costa Rica and Mexico. I prefer to stay in one place for a while and get to know it more than just a two week resort type trip and am just as comfortable in a cinderblock house with no running water as a five star hotel.I hope after graduating to return to Europe or Latin American but would also be open to somewhere in Asia. I want my son to see how people live outside of the United States and to grow up with an open mind.

I don't know what the future holds, so would just like to meet and hang out with some funny likeminded people... Any longterm prospects would have to share my passion for seeing the world and have similar goals of living, and or spending extended stays outside of the US
