So, my perfect day? Well, Saturday papers in bed with real coffee and fresh fruit, music optional– after of course some intimate times… Then off for a walk in the countryside. Love to go and see the major oak in Sherwood Forest (no jokes about big wood pls!!). Often the walks are directed near rivers and water so ideal to sit with a few bites etc. If we’re lucky, get to see and pett some furry creatures. Walks tend to pass by the odd pub or two, so it would be great to find one with a decent beer garden and grab a pub lunch and a drink or two ….

Back to the place (this is all sunny-day scenario) and sit in one of two secluded patios in south-facing garden to chat and possibly (quite probably) a cool glass of something. After a bit, go in to prepare some food. I quite like doing it for someone else, and them doing it for me and of course, it’s fun to do it together. I like to experiment a bit. It’s usually a variation on something. Often I like to add fresh red chillies – love the taste – but I haven’t had any guinea pigs recently (not to cook, but to eat the food!). In an ideal world both get dressed for dinner (I mean,.. food with chillies in stings a bit if it falls into your lap!). So…. light a few candles, play some decent music (subjective bit) and in my case open a bottle of red wine…and chat etc… if for some reason it’s getting a bit late to eat… then may decide to take cheese, wine etc to bedroom …After a time, or two,…. consider watching some decent film/comedy……etc.

So, you may feel like lived, loved and laughed,… I’ll leave it for you to decide what falls into those categories!
