| | I try my hardest to be as genuine and honest as i possibly can. I believe that those two qualities are crucial in having a strong relationship with someone. Trust is huge with me and i've had the carpet swept out from under me by the least likely of candidates. So, i'm therefore a pretty tough customer at first, but break me down and no one will treat you with more love and respect than i'm willing to. I'm just really tired of games and try to avoid them at all costs.
When i have spare time you will usually find me tossing some disc, rollerblading, kayaking, or out on the lake gettin' my bronze on during the summer months. During the winter...HOCKEY!!!! I love and live for hockey and for the most part i skate year round at least once a week. Snowboarding is also huge for me in the winter. I prefer going to a few secret hills that i have rather than going to the local public hills. No lifts= lots of exercise which is always good.
I'm not huge on going to clubs, or downtown for the meat market. Don't get me wrong, on occasion i enjoy getting my drink on and busting a move( I'm not a stiff). I've just found that alot of those places are where the games and BS originate. Been there, done that and i'd rather sit at home on my deck with a nice glass of red and listen to the waves crash on the beach. I do other things when i go out. Like a nice dinner over some live jazz, or nice dinner, then to the piano bar. It's all about class, ya know.

oh man, it's been awhile, but...I think sushi makes a great first date. That way you can find out how courageous and adventurous a person is. Or maybe out for a glass of wine or two somewhere cozy and quiet. comfort is key! |
