Maintaining both my physical and mental fitness are priorities that I aim to do on pretty much a regular basis, but there are times that life's daily grind has other ideas. Swimming, jogging/running, gym memberships, along with reading about historical and contemporary venues, have been a part of this routine for decades.

The teaching profession provides more than ample time off for travel and for my photographic and other pursuits. A walk or scenic hike wherever always interests me.

I definitely care about what goes on politically, socially, and economically around me. I enjoy a suburban lifestyle, yet always look forward to spending adventurous weekends in New York City, Boston, or Washington, D.C., as well as discovering whatever the countryside has to offer.

Presently, I consider my iPod and camera to be my best friends, as "I Can Hear Music" of Brian Wilson, The Beach Boys, The Eagles to name a few favorites, via such a phenomenon, while I focus and shoot what's of interest around me.

Yet, I'd much rather listen to and focus on a special someone, who is both active and attractive; physically and mentally fit, with values that pretty much match mine. She enjoys dinner and a movie, Broadway, or just a casual DVD any evening together. She looks forward to taking in a museum on a rainy afternoon, or enjoying the sun near or in a body of water in more favorable climes. She realizes she would rather go through life with one special man, than to go it alone. I look forward to hearing from her and meeting her for keeps.

Meeting in a setting/establishment wherever she's most comfortable to explore the possibility of taking it from there and meeting again. She can most definitely leave her wallet in her car.
