Hi there! Thanks for taking a look at my profile. I just relocated to the Phoenix area in September and could sure use some company!

Hmmm...where to start! First and foremost I'm a mom of two wonderful little girls. Any time I spend away from work is with them - whether it be going to the park or being silly at home, we do it all. Yes, I'm the nerdy mom who dresses up and sings goofy songs, takes too many pictures and has just as much fun playing as they do. And, of course, the kind of mom who, from time to time, needs a break from work and the kids (this is where you come in...)

I'd like to think of myself as an outgoing, caring, quirky, funny, confident woman who is FINALLY comfortable with herself. Okay, enough adjectives here. Most people who know me will say I'm "cute" or quirky or funny. Not really sure how that came to be, but it is. I love my job in PR, sometimes too much, and I'm a perfectionist while I'm at work.

Just so you're not going in blindly, here's some other things to consider...

I can't watch scary movies (gives me nightmares...yes, I'm a big scardey cat!)
I'll watch the same movie like 100 times just because I like it or it's good background viewing while I'm doing something else.
I'm a picky eater, but working to overcome it.
I'm a HORRIBLE liar...it gives me the giggles.
When I'm in the car, I act like a rock star!
Oh yeah, I CANNOT dance - please, just don't even go there!

I like playing sports, playing board or card games, going to concerts, trying new restaurants, building puzzles and I love just relaxing with friends and listening to music. I'm always open to doing new things and meeting new people. If I enjoy somebody's company, I can have fun doing just about anything :)

The rest you'll have to figure out for yourself ;)

My perfect match would be somebody who is also outgoing, warm/caring, funny and has a positive outlook on life. Obviously somebody who is comfortable with the fact I have kids and they come first. If you have the ability to cook - maybe you can give me lessons, or, if you fish, maybe you can teach me some patience?

The Overall Goal: To find somebody with similar qualities who can enjoy spending time with me as much as I do with them. I'm looking for companionship, not a caretaker and I would expect the same from you. Thanks :)

I think first dates should be casual, something that won't stress anyone out and allow for us to get to know one another. Perhaps something as simple as meeting for drinks or coffee. Dinner always works too. My other "first date favorite" would have to be things like bowling or mini golf since it gives us the opportunity to have a little fun and break the ice. My #1 first date "no-no"...going to the movies. I'm not sure how the movies became a date thing, but I just never understood how sitting with a bunch of people, not talking and watching a movie is a good idea for a first date?
