I really had to stop and think long and hard about what I was looking for in a mate. Its tougher than you think. What would you like? What would you accept? What is a must? And what would be a no way? So I figured if I narrow the field to exactly what I want maybe the search would be easier. First of all I need a friend. Someone that I am not afraid to tell every last detail of my life to and will share the same with me, so he must be able to communicate his thoughts and emotions. He would have to be handsome... to me, because face it we are all visual first of all and secondly there has to be some chemistry for the long haul. I want someone who works as hard as I do because I am not going to support someone at this stage in life.... that is for later down the road. I need someone who is clean and smells good. That means clean your body, house, car, teeth etc. No smokers, druggies, or people who can't control their liquor. I like to have a drink after work and such but not to the point of being drunk daily or even weekly. I think you get the picture. Now here's a biggie.... I want a man who will nurture me. Not take care of me, but nuture. When something is going wrong don't try to fix it, just hold my hand and tell me it will be ok. Seems like a simple list to me so why can't I meet the one for me?

So many people I meet are looking for someone to come into their life and make them happy.... I don't believe in that. I don't think we can ask others to make us happy. Number one that is impossible and number two it is unfair to the other person. We have to find happiness in ourselves and bring it into a relationship to share with another person..........I do believe that it is important to have someone special in our lives to share everything (great, good and bad) with.....Bottom line is this. I am looking for a special person with whom to spend my quality time. I work hard and value the time when I am not working..... ....... I have strong values ...... I am adventurous, caring, and fun to be with. I like to try new things and I am always up for spontaneous trips or activities. I like to stay busy, but I also like to just hang out sometimes with that special someone in my life... watching TV, sitting out on the deck, or just being in the same place doing our own thing..... I am hoping to find a great and special person with whom to spend my free time..... If you feel that you are content, secure, adventurous, fun and have a lot to offer a potential friend and partner and you want to meet a quality person with a good heart, a good head on her shoulders, a great sense of humor and a love for life, give me a shout!... I am very patient and not willing to settle for anything less than what I am looking for........... The love of a lifetime.
