I'm a full time graduate student and enjoy reading, writing, graphic design, working out, grilling out, and lounging by the pool. I study racial and cultural identity... and enjoy social psychology as well. When I'm not buried in work, I enjoy spontaneous adventures and exploring new places. I also produce/record hip-hop and acoustic music. I am driven by spurts of creative release, so you will occasionally find paintings, drawings, and three dimensional art strewn about my apartment. I'm originally from Central Wisconsin so I love to explore the great outdoors!

I enjoy all sorts of music including Mos Def, Kanye West, Dave Matthews Band, John Mayer, Jason Mraz, Enya, and Norah Jones (basically anything that carries a decent beat, melody, and tells an interesting story).
