Let's see! I joined a summer bowling league so I guess you might say I like to bowl. It breaks up the stress of the work week. I have lots of fun at it. I am not great, but I do have fun.
I have three boys ages 32, 27 and only one living at home with me and he is 16. I also have 3 grandhildren and they are wonderful ( 2 girls and a boy, ages 12, 10 and 5). Pretty full life at that.
I have been a hairdresser for 34 yrs and I have enjoyed this obviously. However, I am getting ready to go after a goal that I started to pursue some years ago when my husband became ill. Unfortunately, he passed away. It has been 7 yrs and it is time to move forward. I went back to college and received an Associates in Human Services with a concentration in Addiction Counseling. I have sent my reseme out and now I am waiting for replies. I want to continue to reach this goal and when I become determined, I will go with the gusto.
As far as music, well growing up in my early 20's I was your disco queen without a doubt, then the music settled down for me. I am a big fan of the Eagles, James Taylor, still the Allman Brothers and sisters, I also like Daughtery, The Carpenters(Karen) was my idol. When I play the guitar, I always tried to sing like her. Chicargo, Yes, Tommy James and The SHondells I can go on and on. I like many kinds of music today. I feel ,as I am getting older though, I enjoy more mellow soft rock. But then again my youngest son(16) could be blasting his rap and I could be driving along with the beat. So who knows! Versatile Gemini I guess! Also my quit date for the cigs is june 15th, 2009 wish me luck

what would I do on the first date? Lets see.... I think I would first want to meet for a cup of coffee at a public resturant, or arrange to have lunch or dinner, whatever it may be. Have conversation and get to know each other and see where it goes. See what kind of chemistry there is. We all know, there has to be some kind of chemistry somehow. If we are comfortable and the conversations go good, we could arrange to see each other again....but then again who knows what could happen? I don't know...You don't know....We don't know...One thing I do know is that life is short and it is getting shorter. I would like to live my life to the fullest and to try and be happy and content with someone in my life doing that. Maybe it could be you!
