I am an energetic 56 year old woman, who loves to work out, play in the garden and go out for great food, wine and dancing. Having fun is a number one priority in my life. I consider myself to be spiritual, and would like that in a partner. I am self-employed, and own my own psychotherapy business, so being a healthy, happy human is important to me. I love the music I grew up on, (classic rock, oldies) and it's fun to find live bands on the weekends. I grew up near the water in NY, so I miss the ocean and try to make a trip to some beach every year.

A great first date would include dinner and a nice bottle of wine. Great conversation and laughing would make it perfect.
