Sewing is my passion. I learned from my grandmother. I do all the mending for the ball team here in town. I also enjoy doing other kinds of crafts. I would like to do some traveling and see parts of the United States that I have not seen and would like to share those experiences with someone with similar interests. I enjoy a walk along the riverfront, through the park or a drive through the countryside, especially in the fall when the colors are changing. Even a picnic lunch in the park is something I enjoy if the right person is there to enjoy it with me. I enjoy Country music most but also enjoy other types of music except anything hard and rap!! Give me a good book and a glass of ice tea or something cool to drink or a cup of hot tea, depending on the season, and I'm off in another world. I guess the one thing that makes me unique is the fact that I am a simple person who wants to enjoy the company of someone who shares similar goals and interests. Age is not a REAL factor. I really have learned to enjoy life and take whatever it dishes out. I have learned to take one day at a time and love the life that I have been given. I learned early on that if someone gives you a lemon, you make lemonade. Also, if you keep SMILING, it will make people wonder what you are up to. Yes, I do have kind of an ornery streak and it does come shining through when you might lest expect it. So please BEWARE!!!!

I would like to meet for whatever (I'm easy to please) but PLEASE nothing fancy (that's just not me). Whatever the mood strikes or whatever comes to mind at the moment. Or maybe take a picnic lunch to the park.
