I am a bit of a non-conformist, spiritual, independent, and somewhat creative. I'd like a man who is a good communicator and leans at least slightly to the left, someone who shares a few of my interests in animals, metaphysics, conversation and socializing, road trips, world travel, volunteering, hiking, Red Rocks concerts, interesting restaurants and the theatre. I love being outdoors. I appreciate beauty around me (maybe that's the Libra in me) and like my home to be bright and airy. I enjoy entertaining friends in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. I spent many years in Southern California and love the mediterranean climate. Snow is okay as long as it doesn't last too long.

I was married almost 25 years until my husband passed away. I miss being a wife. I never had kids but would enjoy getting to know your adult children. I like a man who is comfortable in jeans and a flannel shirt just hanging out and just as comfortable ordering good wine at a downtown restaurant. I'm missing that special person to share life with--the fun and adventurous times as well as the day to day routines and growing old together. Cooking, reading, just watching a movie, quiet times together can be moments to cherish.

My ideal guy will be outgoing with an adventurous spirit, good natured, honest and kind.
