When I am not working I really like to try out new restaurants and bars, travel to see college friends, go to sporting events or other cool stuff around town, and just spend time with my friends and family. I'm a really big fan of the summer because I love outdoor patios, the lake, wineries, and just being outside and active.

If I had to describe myself I would say that I am laid back, funny, resourceful, loving, not moody, and I don't take a long time to get ready;). My friends would describe me as someone that you never know what is going to come out of my mouth, but it's probably funny, kind, generous, and pretty much the best friend they ever had and they wish they could be just like me.

I am really new to the internet website stuff, so I'm kind of just looking around and hoping to meet some cool people. I think any good relationship is based off of a good friendship, so that's where I'm starting:). It's important to me to be around someone that has a great sense of humor (and someone that can totally laugh at himself), is honest, humble, is emotionally stable, won't call/text/email me 15 times a day (independence is a good thing), has a good sense of who they are, and likes animals. Is that too much to ask? Sorry if I'm being picky:).

I think a first date should consist of two things, a place that you can have a good conversation and some sort of activity to stimulate said conversation if things start to get dull. Oh yeah, and alcohol. So, three things actually. Let's face it, first dates suck, they're awkward, forced, and uncomfortable, you might as well have something to look forward to:). I think meeting for a drink, or even going to a baseball game are great first date ideas.
