I'm a Colorado native and have lived here all my life. I've often been told how lucky I am to have lived here all my life - and it's hard to disagree - but I can't help but feel a tinge of envy hearing stories about different people, attitudes, weather, and landscapes from people who have, "been around" Am I truly lucky or am I too sheltered? When I travel, I often imagine myself living, working, growing wherever it is I happen to be and it's exciting and a bit scary; yet I never seem to capture the sense of adventure I hear in their stories about life elsewhere. I wonder if they get the same tingle and excitement whenever they travel? I imagine not. Needless to say, I love to travel but I love coming home just as much, if not more.

I'm a passionate cyclist and mountain biker. My bikes have gathered a ton of summer dust, unfortunately not from being outside. I love to ride in the cold - as long as it's dry - so I'm looking forward to winter rides on sunny days and spending time on the slopes during cloudy ones.

Just because I'm a native and live a sheltered life doesn't mean I'm rabid about hitting the gym before my morning run to get warmed up for my afternoon ride in order to relax for my evening swim. I can do other things too. Really. There's lots of other things to do. I'm sure of it. There must be. I think.... Show me?

I believe the best way to form an impression about someone is to do something together that we both share a passion for - be it cycling, hiking, seeing a movie, hanging out at a bookstore and browsing the Sexuality section for books like "She Comes First", or volunteering for cause.
