Old fashioned bloke in many respects, remember the art of holding doors open for people, or pulling out chairs? that's me, good manners go along way in my book. I consider myself to be a loyal, passionate, respectful and intelligent man with an infectious sense of humour. It all sounds terribly contrived I will admit but I speak the truth and let's face it writing about yourself in a nut-shell and on a free dating site is not easy, but those are my vital stats, as well as having a full head of hair :)

Huge fan of films in particular sci-fi and horror, fav director John Carpenter.
Self taught keyboards/piano and percussion, music plays a HUGE part in my life I can't go a second without listening to something. Musical tastes spread far and wide -but including: Muse, Radiohead, Rush, ELO, Primal Scream, Goldfrapp, Depeche Mode, Kraftwerk, Gary Numan, Tubeway Army, Talk Talk, Kate Bush, Orbital, The Orb, Chicago House (87-89), The Cure, Adam & The Ants, Elbow, Joy Division, Future Sound of London, Ladytron, Nine Inch Nails, OMD. Yeah, I love music!

I spend quite a bit of my spare time wondering the great outdoors, particularly at weekends where I like to spend Sundays down at the river bank, fishing until sunset. Whilst I enjoy the company of others, spending time alone is important, we all need a break from the circus of life and I don't intend to change my hobbies for any woman, well unless you're particularly special :) x

Brad Pitt I'm not, but I always say it's what's on the inside that counts. Would love to meet someone with a sense of humour, doesn't take life or themselves too seriously and is looking to settle down.
