Talking about me is like writing a resume to sell me into job.
Well, having said that, when we meet, we will have so much to talk about.

I am from Ontario. Love the lakes and trees. Came out West to be a Granny! Then, they moved to BC...lol...
I am a working gal...well, at least, I am supposed to be. I have just worked for two businesses that have laid off workers...me included. However, being positive, I know I have lots of great skills and will be hired again shortly.
Where I end up now, I am not sure. But, someone must be paying well and needs my talents!!! I hope to be hired real soon!
And you? How has your employment journey been?
I am about to try cross-country skiing this winter...hiatus for several years...silly eh? But, I must reduce the scale numbers...lol...
I am looking forward to it. I did join the club in the fall.
What am I looking for on this site?
I would like a man who can accept me for who I am. Accept my journey.
I want to do things with a man...travel, walks, outtings and laugh. Talks and friendship.
If you mountain climb, I would admire that and just watch. But, that too is ok. I don't expect you to sit and knit with me...and if you did, well, great! Back home, men learned to knit if they had heart attacks to learn how to calm down...relax! Interesting eh?
I am a good cook. Love to house clean. But, there is more to life than just cleaning. I have reached that stage. I don't want to be alone any more.
My kids are grown and married; some with children now.
I need a man for me. My kids are fine. I want to be selfish and fulfill womanhood. Sisterhood is wonderful too. I lost the ability to sit and knit and relax.
I am ready for a change...slow change, Mr.! ;) Friends first.
