I’ve had a very unusual life. My child-like curiosity has driven me to many adventures. I am looking for good communication of all kinds with a woman who has a real sense of adventure and loves the outdoors, travel and nature. I am adventurous, romantic, spontaneous, and very affectionate. I have a good sense of humor and like to play. I am a nature and animal lover, a true explorer of life and the world. I am intelligent, intuitive, perceptive, and passionate about everything I do.

I’m 6 foot 3, about 198 pounds with medium build, blue eyes, born in Hollywood on April 15. Some of my favorite things to do are; sailing, hiking, camping, flying, and skiing, fun on the beach in the tropics snorkeling. I love to travel and enjoy all kinds of music; classical, jazz, 60s/70s Rock etc. Love to hear from you if you seek the adventure of making a new friend.

Goal: My lifelong goal and current focus is the conversion of my Adventure Travel / Sailing Charter business into a ‘not for profit’ humanitarian project; Sail Training for Kids and Special Needs Kids. The sailing and boats are not the important components. The process and environment of learning to sail as a member of a crew is arguably THE best way to develop self-confidence, team work abilities and grow leadership skills. I can think of no better way to impact global issues than to have even a very small impact on ambition, curiosity and goal orientation with kids from all over the world.

I love to travel and have explored many remote and off the beaten path places all over the western hemisphere. I’m especially attracted to those surviving unique cultures and have friends whose native languages aren’t spoken by many, who still make dug out conoes and adhere to lifestyles in balance with Nature. I have pictures of dug out canoes tied astern with the****it filled with Indians and exotic costumes… I’ve been to England but still have much to explore in Europe. I’ve traveled to; Alaska, Canada, the Arctic Region, Central America, South America, the Caribbean Basin, the Far East and many of the Pacific Island groups. A great vacation is exploring a new country and culture, while hopefully making new, lifelong friends.

Being spontaneous is important to me. I look for a woman who also enjoys being spontaneous. I am also not interested in a prolonged communication by computer and am not able to IM at all. ~ Steve

One fun first date can be a drive through close by country, to the beach or mountains with a picnic basket; bottle of wine, cheese and crackers, and fruit. A hike or afternoon sail can also be lots of fun. And yes, a simple casual meeting for a drink can also get the ball rolling.
