| | I don't have a laundry list of what I want and don't want in a woman, because, ultimately, it's all boiled down to finding someone I can believe in, and someone who believes in me.
I believe that there is magic in love, but it needs not be so rare or delicate a thing as we would like to think. There is conflict in love too, and there ought to be more...much more than just a reflection in the mirror...because eventually the magic falls away...and what you're left with, hopefully, is a person whom you respect and care for; someone you can share the rest of your life with (if all goes well, if each is grounded, if each is realistic after the stardust fades and you begin to fart and burb in one another's presence, etc.). I believe that perfect compatibility is a myth...just give me someone responsible, intelligent and honest, and I don't care if you watch soap opera or reality shows...just don't make me watch them with you.
Physical appearance is of little importance, just be healthy and love who you are. If you don't love and take care of yourself, then, no amount of affection and attention from me will make you happy.
Please be compassionate, easy going, and funny (a sense humor is so important when things are not going right). I'm a lot happier especially if you love the outdoors, art, history and music (since you'll have to put up with me and my classical guitar)
