I am a fan of hiking, outdoors, road trips, cooking, good movies, good company, live music shows. My goal ultimately is to be the chef/owner of my own gastro-pub with focus on fresh-local delicious cuisine, good beer and wine. I'm driven by always wanting to learn, being a better person or successfully driven with my career. I have lived in New York City and Seattle, and drove cross country making stops to see beautiful area's I have always dreamed of.I missed my family so I came back home. Those experiences I can never forget and I embrace them for shaping me as a well-rounded individual. My taste in music varies with my mood. I listen to everything from classic rock, hip hop. But right now I am on a huge iron and wine kick.

My first date I would love to go out for a cup of coffee and hopefully hold a great conversation. Or an alternative could be to get some tapas or appetizers at a wine bar and pop a bottle of wine and have a good conversation to help break the ice. Then next date I could cook a fantastic meal for you. (I'm a chef :) )
