Maintaining an active, outdoor lifestyle is something I really enjoy and like to experience to the fullest. I like to ride my Harley and try to make it down to Biketoberfest in Daytona every year. My boat is in downtown Chicago and I take it out on weekends during the summer. Riding my bike and going down to the Navy Pier is a great way to spend an afternoon. My best buddy is my golden retriever named Charlie, and I have joint custody of him. I also have three kids that I am very close with, and my son works with me and my father in the family business. I like what I do for work, having the chance to help and meet interesting people. At first I come off a little shy, but when I am doing my job, it’s just a great chance to get past all that. In general, I am a meat and potatoes kind of guy, but I do enjoy seafood and trying out different types of restaurants. I like fixing and building things, working with my hands and problem solving. Given the choice, I would take a small crowd of close friends over a big party any day.

The woman I would like to meet is a bit on the conservative side and enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle. She likes getting outside and doing outdoorsy stuff, like going out on the boat or taking a bike ride. Pushover is not a word you would use to describe her as she will stand up for what she believes in, but does not want to pick a fight about things. She has a definite spontaneous streak but is not ridiculous about it, not expecting to randomly jet off to Paris or anything. As an independent woman with her own friends and life that she enjoys, she knows that life is even better when you have someone to share it with. Like me, she is looking for the right fit in someone.
