About Me
Hi, my name's Tim. I'm living in Ohio, but when anyone asks where I'm from, I'll say Pittsburgh... and yes I'm a 'Stillers' fan. I lived there for 7 years, which being an Army brat, was the longest I've lived anywhere. I'm finishing my third year at a community college. The only reason I've been there that long is because it's been tough to decide what I want to do with my life. But now that I think I know, I plan to get my Associates and go to a 4 year school. Music is my life. I love to sing. I'm the singer in a local band. And no... you haven't heard of us, lol. As much as I love music. I don't see myself in a career in music. As far as my job aspirations go, I would like to start a career in film. I've come to terms with the fact that I can't act very well, causing me to consider a job behind the scenes. I've always been good at making props and costumes from scratch, and I think I'd love a job in this field. Eventually I'd like to be a director, but that can change. Unlike a lot of people in "the arts"(trust me... I've met plenty), I consider myself to be a pretty down to earth guy. And although I'm hesitant to admit it, I'm a gamer. I love video games. But please trust me when I say, if I have anything better to do, I'll do it. I never pass up an opportunity to hang out with my friends just because I'm busy playing video games. And just because I'm a gamer, doesn't mean I'm not active. I love to swim, play sports, and work out. However between work, school, and the band, I don't have much time to work out, hence the "A Few Extra Pounds" status. But I still try to make it to the gym as much as possible. As I mentioned before, I love music. I'm pretty open to all types of music, my least favorites being Rap and Country. Everything else, from Metal to Blues is fair game in my book. My favorite band is Coheed & Cambria (my user name is a title of an album). And although I'm classically trained in music, classical music puts me to sleep, haha. I'm somewhat shy but once I get to know someone, I open up a lot.
First Date
I'm a hopeless romantic, but I'll warn you, a first date for me probably wouldn't be that extravagant. The best kind of dates I've been on are the ones where the two of us just get to hang out and talk. I love movies, but going to see a movie isn't a very good way to get to know someone. Most likely, all it would consist of is lunch or dinner at a sit down restarant. I'm not in a yacht club, so wherever we would go would be pretty modest. Also, depending on the other person's interest, we may do something else. I'm in no way picky about first date activites. Putt-putt or bowling would be fun too.
