I recently completed a bachelor of science, majoring in Kinesiology, and it's time to start enjoying life to the fullest. Up to now, it's been studying or working, and this will be the first summer in a long time that I have a chance to enjoy the pleasure of summer guilt free. It's already been a great summer although it just started.
I'm very active, and I do like working out quite a bit, but love getting exercise outdoors whenever possible. I want to explore our beautiful province as much as possible this summer - hiking, camping, cycling etc. My other big hobby is singing and playing acoustic guitar with friends, or solo. I like doing this down at the beach in nice weather, house parties, bbq's or even just at home. I find music to be therapeutic, whether I'm playing, or just listening.
Although I haven't traveled much over the last few years because of school, I can't say enough good things about my traveling experiences around the world. I've worked as a bartender in Ireland, participated in archeological digs in the Middle East, roller bladed through the narrow streets of Amsterdam, taught English in S. Korea, and enjoyed the beaches of Australia. All of these experiences have left me wanting more, but all in due time.
I'm looking for someone that shares the interests I've talked about, and someone that's effortless to hang out with. Someone who likes to live life to the fullest, enjoys music, especially live, and takes care of themselves, and those around them. That's about it for now, have a great summer!! |

First date? This all depends on whom I'm going out with. If the weather is nice, I would push for an outdoor activity, possibly followed by an indoor one. On a day like today (hot and sunny), a swim at Sasamat lake, followed by some dinner could be nice.
When it comes to a first date, I think I'd like to know more about you, so things like movies are out, because I want to get to know you. I live on Commercial Drive, so live music choices are endless, as well as restaurant choices, so a walk up the street for some appies and live music would always be fun. All that being said, I'm usually up for just about anything. |
