I am looking for a man who is strong enough to be the quiet type without sacrificing his personality or needing to be the life of the party. I am looking for someone who is liberal minded but has conservative values where it counts.

I have morals, values, and drive but lean more towards Democratic liberal viewpoints. I am looking for a good midwestern boy with the noted Midwesterner restraint but also with a free spirit. Life is too boring otherwise! Someone willing to go whitewater rafting or parasailing but who is not bored to tears to spend the day in a museum.

While I am somewhat conservative in some, but definitely not all, aspects, I am also looking for open mindeness. Live and let live and long as you are good to people. I crave time to myself to read and such, or just decompress occasionally, but at the same time I also love the companionship of another. I am not a fan of dramatic sweeping romantic idealism because that is only in fairy tales, not real life. Flowers are always appreciated though!

I am looking for an animal lover, no cat haters please, or at least tolerate them. I also love dogs, but not high strung Yorkie type dogs. I don't need a designer dog to sit in my lap all day, that's what cats are for right?

I am a religious person, but not a fan of organized religion, maybe I haven't found what suits me yet. I would love to travel and share that experience, even it is just just exploring the States. I have not been many places besides the east coast, Canada, and Cuba, but I would like to become a world traveler and see things off the beaten path.

While I do not know how to drive one, I love motorcycles, I am a Milwaukee girl at heart. Nothing beats exploring back country roads with the wind in your hair and in the city having preferred parking. Live music anywhere comes in a very close second! Love music!!
