Update: So, this hasn't been going that well, so thought I might add a bit more about me and my life. And, since most ask about my being widowed; I lost my wife to breast cancer re-occurance just over five years ago. Yes, it sucked, and no we didn't have any children....accept the cats. OK, moving on. I was asked recently about my pasion....I ihad to stop and think about that a minute. I guess I have to say it's traveling...to places I've never been before, as well as a few favorite spots I can't get enough of, like Sedona and St, Thomas as examples.
I believe chemistry develops, and with very few exceptions, is not instantaneous. Before we can get to the chemistry part there has to be an attraction, both physically and mentally. I believe in honesty, integrity, holding hands, kissing, flirting, exploring together, sharing, getting involved, leading, taking charge, or following and taking direction. I believe in love and have had the "fairy tale", and want to have it again.
I'm a US Navy VET seeking his first mate for weekend adventures and more. Weekend Harley rides to various locations within the state and beyond. Maybe it's a trip to the mountains and hot springs, or camping along side a cool stream. We could stay closer to home for a day on the links, or complete the garden project we've been working on. Let's grill dinner on the deck and enjoy a nice bottle of wine! Classic rock-n-roll, smooth jazz, country, or sound-scapes, plays as the background music to our enjoyable days and nights together.
Have traveled considerably, both as a VET for God and Country, and as a civilian; from Iceland to Jamaica, Netherlands to the US and BVI's.... Can't wait to go back to the islands! I'm quite happy in the life I have; very stable and secure. I don't need to have someone, rather, I want to find that special companion, friend, lover, and confidante to share the balance of lifes adventures... Are you ready to set sail?
