Ah, what do I say, I am a lot of people in one...

I am serious and driven, yet childish and playful. Strong minded and stubborn, but some say I have a soft spot.

My goals may not align with the norm, but that's fine. While I am busy laying the foundation for the rest of my life, I like to experience as much as possible. Whether that be people, music, movies, food, geographic locations, etc, I always enjoy broadening my horizons and seeing the world through different lenses.

As far as "normal" goals and aspirations, I am working hard in my career, trying to do the hard work now so I have more time to enjoy myself and potential future family as I get older.

I involve myself in many activities, I am in a hard rock band (which is my favorite genre although I am open to most styles save for bad rap and hip hop), I own two Rottweilers and am associated with a few local dog groups, I LOVE being outside, I am very physically active, whether that means walking the pooch, running the lake, or hitting the weights. I enjoy food very much, and I love cooking. I do have a taste for a good wine or beer, but I drink in moderation.

That's enough for now, I don't want to get you too excited just yet....

I think a first date should be casual, informal, and most importantly, fun. Save the fancy/flashy stuff for later. How about an outdoor concert? Maybe drinks on a crowded outdoor patio? A game of bowling with a beer(so I can laugh at your gutter balls)?

Essentially, a first date should have enough distractions to keep things from getting awkward, but not so much that you can't learn anything about each other. A movie is a bad idea..
